What styles of martial arts do you teach? Our style of martial arts is a blend of Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Eskrima (Filipino self-defense with a stick), and Ground Fighting (Self defense when someone takes you to the ground). As a Family M.M.A. school—Multi Martial Arts with a family focus—we emphasize self-defense, confidence, and discipline. This multi-style approach builds well-rounded martial artists who are prepared to defend themselves whether standing, against a weapon, or on the ground if necessary. Our goal is to teach students how to stay safe and strong, not how to hurt others. Our classes are fast paced, fun, and empowering designed to keep students engaged while learning valuable skills. We create a safe, educational environment where students grow in confidence, focus, and strength every step of the way.

What if my child wants to quit right after joining? Most kids absolutely love it once they start—many can’t wait to come back to class. They build confidence, make new friends, and begin to feel proud of their progress. But every now and then, a child might say they want to quit for various reasons. Sometimes it’s because they’re nervous about doing something hard—even if they don’t know how to express it. Other times, it’s simply because they don’t want to be pulled away from video games or relaxing at home. It’s not their fault—that’s a natural feeling for many kids today. But that’s exactly why martial arts is so powerful. At Elevate, we help children develop the mindset and life skills they need to succeed: working hard to reach a goal, pushing through tough times, and believing in themselves. Our instructors are patient and supportive, guiding them every step of the way. As a parent, don’t let them give up. Let’s teach them to commit, hang in there, and achieve something meaningful. And remember—it always helps when parents communicate with our instructors regularly. It takes a village to raise strong, confident kids. Together we Elevate.
